About The Position
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines CSR / Commercial Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse commercial book of business, providing exceptional service to clients, and ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines servicing, experience with Applied Epic software, and the ability to independently manage a mid-sized book of business.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Applied Epic software (mandatory).
- Strong background in commercial lines servicing.
- Ability to independently manage a mid-sized commercial book of business.
- Generalist commercial insurance experience across multiple industries.
- Willingness to work on-site initially, with potential for hybrid flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a generalist commercial book of business with an estimated revenue of $500,000 - $600,000.
- Provide exceptional support to commercial clients across various industries.
- Handle day-to-day account servicing needs, including policy renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using Applied Epic software.
