About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Account Manager to join a team. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Active insurance license (required).
- 1–2+ years of experience in commercial insurance (open to candidates with varying levels of experience, from junior to senior).
- Experience with captive companies is acceptable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide full A-to-Z account servicing for approximately 180 commercial accounts.
- Manage a diverse book of business, including contractors, auto dealers, manufacturers, retail, and excess lines.
- Handle accounts with an average size of $20–30k, with some accounts up to $100k.
- Address routine servicing needs, with support from the team for certificates and proposals (stepping in only as needed).
