Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- 5+ years in commercial lines account management.
- Proficiency in EZLynx software and experience working with a variety of carriers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with mid-to-large market accounts and handling a book of business valued at $2M+.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of mid-to-large market commercial lines accounts.
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with carriers such as Penn National, Travelers, Encova, and Donegal to ensure optimal coverage for clients.
- Utilize EZLynx software for account management and processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Work closely with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
Benefits
