Requirements

3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
Active CA Property & Casualty license
Demonstrated proficiency with the EPIC agency management system
Understanding of diverse insurance coverages, products, and agency protocols.
Prior experience is required in managing small to mid-size commercial accounts, with a focus on the generalist book of business

Responsibilities

Servicing accounts of mostly small to mid-size accounts
Cultivate close client relationships, ensuring a highly professional service environment.
Process essential policy servicing documents: certificates of insurance, notices of cancellation, and endorsements.
Handle all client and carrier requests for information and documentation efficiently.
Support the producer by collecting necessary renewal data.
Advise clients on coverage options to ensure the most appropriate protection.
