The role is responsible for marketing new and renewal business, consulting with clients on coverage options and offering the most appropriate coverage, staying in direct contact with clients and providing excellent customer service, assisting in the gathering of renewal exposure information with producer, developing and maintaining relationships with carriers, and responding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters. Other job-related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

2+ years of experience with small to mid-sized accounts on a generalist book of business at a retail brokerage setting
Extensive experience with General Liability and Workers Compensation is required
Knowledge of various lines of commercial insurance coverages and products
P&C license required

Proficiency in AMS360 is a plus

Responsibilities
