About The Position

Leavitt Great West is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its Commercial Lines team in Helena, Montana. The role collaborates with agents and other account managers to provide ongoing support to commercial accounts. The agency brokers commercial and personal lines insurance and is appointed with leading insurance markets, including exclusive representation with multiple insurance companies.

Requirements

• Must have digital competence.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• A valid Montana Property and Casualty license is preferred.
• Three years of agency experience is preferred.
• Experience with carrier rating software is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
• Experience with AMS360 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage service timelines with agents.
• Work with markets, insurance carriers, and underwriters throughout the quote process.
• Follow up with markets and underwriters regarding quotations, binders, policies, and endorsements.
• Quote new business using carrier rating software, websites, and applications.
• Create proposal booklets.
• Work daily in the Agency Management System.
• Manage ongoing deadlines, projects, and tasks.
