About The Position

A premier, employee-focused insurance agency is actively seeking a strategic Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its growing team. This is an ideal fit for an experienced professional with a comprehensive insurance background and superior organizational skills. In this critical function, the Account Manager will be instrumental in mastering client relations and ensuring the effective management of a diverse product offering, all within a collaborative and high-achieving workplace. This is a contract assignment for 6 to 12 months.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
  • Active CA Property & Casualty license
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the EPIC agency management system
  • Understanding of diverse insurance coverages, products, and agency protocols.
  • Prior experience is required in managing small to mid-size commercial accounts, with a focus on the generalist book of business

Responsibilities

  • Servicing accounts of mostly small to mid-size accounts
  • Cultivate close client relationships, ensuring a highly professional service environment.
  • Process essential policy servicing documents: certificates of insurance, notices of cancellation, and endorsements.
  • Handle all client and carrier requests for information and documentation efficiently.
  • Support the producer by collecting necessary renewal data.
  • Advise clients on coverage options to ensure the most appropriate protection.
