About The Position

Seeking experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Managers to join a team. This role involves managing a book of business and providing exceptional service to clients. We are looking for candidates with expertise in mid-to-large commercial accounts as well as small commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, a strong understanding of commercial insurance, and the ability to quickly adapt to our processes after a comprehensive training period. Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management
Well-spoken, articulate, and polished
Confident and personable, with strong interpersonal skills
Organized and process-oriented, with a clear understanding of desk management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

Expertise in mid-to-large commercial accounts as well as small commercial accounts
5+ years of experience managing accounts with premiums of $100,000+
Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage a tailored book of business, including generalist accounts and carriers such as Builders Mutual, Cincinnati, Auto Owners, and Selective
Handle accounts in various industries, including construction, contractors, and retail businesses
Provide A-Z service, including renewals, quoting, and marketing
Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation
