Requirements
- 8+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Proficient with agency management systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
- Experience with mid-to-large-size accounts
- In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
Responsibilities
- Managing some small accounts and servicing mid to large-sized accounts.
- Build trusting relationships with carriers and clients
- Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns
- Respond to all inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters
