About The Position

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines insurance.
Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
Strategic thinking with the ability to view the client holistically.
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
A coaching mindset with a focus on team development and growth.

Nice To Haves

8+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ranging in size from $100,000 to $500,000.
Provide strategic guidance to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.
Quote new and renewal business, maintaining a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with Account Managers to foster their professional growth through coaching and mentorship.
Uphold a team-first approach, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and streamline processes.
Maintain composure and professionalism during high-pressure situations, such as tight renewal cycles or challenging client interactions.
