About The Position

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a dynamic and professional team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with middle to large market accounts, a client-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Proficiency in Applied Epic software
  • Experience managing middle to large market accounts, including those exceeding $500,000 in value
  • Strong client-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to travel within North Carolina for client meetings (approximately a two-hour radius)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the strategic execution of insurance programs for a sophisticated client base, including construction, manufacturing, and agriculture businesses.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with producers, claims teams, and marketing teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
  • Oversee both new and renewal business processes, leveraging support from carrier marketing teams and producers.
  • Conduct client-facing meetings, including renewal discussions and strategic planning sessions.
  • Handle a book of business valued between $750,000 and $1.2 million, with accounts ranging from $100,000 to over $500,000.
