In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures. Build trusting relationships with carriers and clients. Respond to all inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Proficient with agency management systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
- Experience with mid-to-large-size accounts
