About The Position

As a Commercial Lender, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our banking institution. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, providing them with the financial solutions they need to achieve their business goals. You will be responsible for analyzing loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, and structuring loan packages that meet the needs of both the client and the bank. By effectively managing a portfolio of commercial loans, you will contribute to the overall profitability and risk management of the bank.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and loan structuring.
Solid understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.

Nice To Haves

5+ years of commercial lending experience is strongly preferred
Experience in underwriting and managing complex commercial loan transactions.
Knowledge of industry-specific lending practices and market trends.
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
