About The Position

The Commercial Leadership Development Program is a premier talent accelerator program at Bristol Myers Squibb, designed to develop future commercial leaders through diverse experiences that drive meaningful impact. This three-year program includes four, 9-month rotations across key commercial functions such as Marketing, Market Access, Global Commercialization, International Marketing, Commercialization AI Strategy & Analytics (CASA), and Sales. Associates will gain valuable industry and functional experience while contributing to brand teams through challenging assignments. They will have frequent exposure to senior management and business leaders through project work, formal mentorship, and networking events.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, graduating by Spring 2027.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
  • Work authorization that does not require sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, innovative and solutions orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team/matrix partner or navigate a matrix team environment.
  • Proficient communication and presentation skills.
  • Technical skills with biopharmaceutical knowledge.
  • Problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • High degree of initiative to operate independently.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in marketing, sales and/or healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
  • A minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience (preferably healthcare, bio-pharmaceutical or related industry), not including internships or co-ops.
  • Desire and ability to relocate to New Jersey.
