About The Position

The role of an Installer or Service Technician is required to go where the customer and equipment are. This position drives a company vehicle to company and customer locations. Provide basic maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial laundry equipment to distributor customers, service companies and end-user owners of Dexter equipment and other brands of commercial laundry equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures for Service Department and Technicians.
• Maintain an organized company vehicle.
• Communicate with customers to find solutions to their respective service and installation needs.
• Maintain an excellent driving record.
• Travel frequently; up to 75% of the time.
• Take ownership in our business results and your personal wellness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
