About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Commercial Landscaper / Grounds Laborer to maintain multiple commercial properties throughout the Nashville area. This position performs lawn care, landscape maintenance, site cleanup, and other outdoor labor while supporting a Crew Leader. If you enjoy working outdoors and want a stable, full-time position with opportunities for advancement, we'd like to hear from you.
Requirements
- 1+ year of landscaping, groundskeeping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work under the direction of a crew lead
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and fingerprint screening because this position services schools and other facilities where background clearance is required.
- Must comply with all non-smoking campus and facility requirements

Responsibilities
- Perform general lawn and landscape maintenance, including mowing, string trimming, edging, mulching, weed control, pruning shrubs, and blowing
- Remove litter, leaves, sticks, and debris from lawns, walkways, and common areas
- Support site cleanup and upkeep of commercial properties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment
- Assist crew leaders with various landscaping or maintenance tasks as directed
- Assist with snow and ice removal during winter weather conditions
- Participate in event setup and teardown as needed
- Support other departments with general labor tasks during slower periods
- Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment after training
- Complete daily electronic timesheets accurately and on time
- Follow all company safety procedures and supervisor instructions
