About The Position

Environment Control is seeking a Commercial Landscaper / General Laborer for a full-time, year-round position in the Phoenix Metro Areas. This role involves keeping commercial properties looking pristine, safe, and clean. The company offers paid, on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement within one of Arizona's largest commercial service companies. The position requires physical stamina for demanding labor outdoors and involves operating standard landscaping equipment.

Requirements

• Must have your own reliable transportation to travel to and from our main office daily.
• Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
• Ability to safely operate basic landscape machinery.
• Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred, but your work ethic and willingness to learn matter most!
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Nice To Haves

• A clean, valid AZ driver’s license held for the last 5 years is a major plus and opens up immediate leadership/driving opportunities!

Responsibilities

• Mowing lawns, trimming trees/shrubs, weeding, and planting vibrant outdoor spaces.
• Assisting with hardscape installations (like patios and retaining walls).
• Safely operating standard landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Loading, unloading, and maintaining your team's tools and materials.
• Staying safe by adhering to company guidelines and communicating well with your crew.
