About The Position

Environment Control is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for our commercial landscaping crews in Tucson, AZ and surrounding areas. We offer stable, year-round full-time work with an early shift (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday – Friday) so you can enjoy your afternoons off. We provide a clear path to earn more money based on your skills and offer comprehensive benefits. We are looking for talent at all levels, including Landscape Laborers, Crew Leads & Foremen, and Certified Spray Techs. This is a physically demanding outdoor role in the Tucson climate, requiring efficient work pace and repetitive physical motions.

Requirements

At least 1 year of verifiable work experience within the last 5 years.
Must have own reliable transportation to travel to and from our main office daily.
Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
For driving positions/Crew Leads: Clean, valid AZ driver’s license for the last 5 years with no at-fault accidents, suspensions, or major moving violations.
Ability to work at an efficient pace and perform repetitive bending, stretching, stooping, and heavy lifting.

Nice To Haves

Prior landscaping experience is preferred.
Driver's license recommended for Landscape Laborers.
Driver's license required for Crew Leads & Foremen.
Valid certification and driver's license required for Certified Spray Techs.
Great communication skills (for Crew Leads & Foremen).
Proper pruning knowledge (for Crew Leads & Foremen).

Responsibilities

Trimming, pruning, weeding, mowing, and raking.
Debris removal and general property clean-up.
Utilizing lawn equipment and tools efficiently.
Managing irrigation systems, timers, or chemical applications (for experienced candidates).
