Requirements
- Ability to operate landscape equipment such as mowers, blowers, and trimmers
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of commercial landscaping experience preferred (we will train the right person)
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a professional landscape maintenance crew servicing commercial properties
- Perform maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, and pruning
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials while keeping tools organized and maintained
- Follow direction from Crew Leaders and help keep job sites clean, safe, and completed on time
- Occasionally assist with landscape construction or enhancement projects
- Take pride in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces
