Requirements

  • A seasoned pro—or ready to become one—with experience servicing commercial cooking equipment
  • Eager to learn and grow through hands-on, onsite training opportunities
  • Strong electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Dependable, punctual, and organized
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen
  • Driving record must align with our safety standards

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and repairing commercial cooking equipment like fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and more
  • Delivering top-tier service with professionalism and respect
  • Managing service calls efficiently and accurately
  • Communicating clearly with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales teams
  • Participating in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations
  • Identifying new business opportunities while on the job
  • Maintaining your service vehicle and managing parts orders
  • Completing paperwork and attending training sessions
  • Tackling other tasks assigned by your manager
