Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or technical military service.
  • A valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Willingness and availability to participate in the evening and weekend emergency on-call rotation.
  • Availability for occasional overnight travel as assigned.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Commercial refrigeration or commercial cooking equipment repair experience.
  • Relevant technical training, licenses, or certifications, including EPA or CFESA.
  • The ability to prioritize, make sound decisions, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A customer-focused approach—you take pride in both the repair and the service you provide.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and specialty food service equipment.
  • Utilize mechanical aptitude, diagrams, and schematics to solve equipment problems.
  • Build relationships with clients, explain repair needs, and recommend solutions to prevent future equipment failures.
  • Manage daily service schedule, prioritize calls, and work independently while coordinating with the team.
  • Participate in an emergency on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.
  • Earn quarterly bonuses by meeting efficiency and productivity goals.
