About The Position
Bildon Parts & Service is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC/R & Cooking Equipment Technicians. This role involves servicing and repairing commercial cooking and/or HVAC/refrigeration equipment, troubleshooting various issues, and providing excellent customer service. Combo technicians with both hot-side and cold-side experience are highly encouraged to apply, but experienced specialists in either area are also welcome. The company has been providing repair and maintenance services for over 50 years and is committed to diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience
- Hands-on commercial cooking equipment repair experience
- EPA certification for HVAC/R technicians
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Valid driving record that meets company safety standards
- Successful background check and drug screen
- At least 18 years old
Nice To Haves
- Experience servicing a wide range of commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment
- CFESA certification
- Manufacturer/factory training credentials
- Experience with ice machines and warewashing equipment
- Comfort using digital tools and service software
Responsibilities
- Service and repair commercial cooking and/or HVAC/refrigeration equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and gas-related issues based on your experience
- Diagnose equipment issues accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service
- Participate in the on-call rotation
