About The Position
NELBUD is growing and looking for a Kitchen Exhaust/Hood Cleaning Technician to join their team. This is a physically demanding job with great growth potential. Technicians will be responsible for cleaning inside hood systems and on roofs with pressure washers to ensure the entire system is free of grease. The role also involves cleaning rooftop exhaust fans, installing auxiliary items like access panels, hinge kits, and grease containment systems, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Ability to work overnight varying shift times.
- Ability to access and tolerate small spaces and work in high places.
- Must comply with all of the following: Hold a valid driver's license, be at least 20 years old, have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a physically demanding job is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Climb inside hood systems to clean them.
- Climb on the roof with pressure washers to ensure the entire system is free of all grease.
- Clean rooftop exhaust fans and surrounding areas.
- Install auxiliary items including access panels, hinge kits, and grease containment systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing NELBUD.
