About The Position

Reed Restaurant Repair is seeking a mechanically inclined individual with hands-on repair experience and a basic understanding of how machines work to join their team as a Commercial Kitchen Equipment / Appliance Technician. While experience with commercial kitchen equipment is not required, the company offers training for the right candidate. This role involves servicing restaurants and commercial kitchens, working on various hot-side equipment such as fryers, grills, ovens, steamers, and gas appliances, as well as make-up air and exhaust systems. Requirements

• Mechanically inclined with hands-on repair experience
• Basic knowledge of how machines and equipment work
• Some electrical experience (reading voltage, wiring components, or troubleshooting preferred)
• Experience in maintenance, mechanical work, appliance repair, automotive, construction, or similar field
• Comfortable using tools and troubleshooting equipment
• Willing to learn commercial kitchen equipment repair
• Reliable, steady, and shows up ready to work
• Clean driving record and able to pass a background check
• Own basic hand tools
• Must Live in Colorado

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on restaurant equipment
