LineSlip Solutions is currently recruiting a Commercial Insurance Specialist (Operation Specialist) to join our fast-growing team. This is the perfect role for individuals who have a strong background in commercial insurance having worked in a policy service, account manager, account executive, or underwriting associate position. This is a fully (and permanently) remote position. Candidates can be located anywhere in the United States. As a member of the LineSlip Client Success team, the Operation Specialist is tasked with extracting client insurance data from multiple types of structured and unstructured insurance documents into the LineSlip platform, conducting audits of extracted information to ensure accuracy in client deliverables, collaborating with sales and account management colleagues to onboard and provide continued support to clients after implementation, acting as a subject matter expert on the LineSlip platform and workflows, acting as an insurance domain expert for commercial lines of coverage with a deep foundation of insurance terminology, coverages, terms/conditions, etc., providing input in the development and implementation of workflows, policies, and procedures, assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, new product launches, tools, etc. to provide timely and quality feedback to product/project and development teams, and providing other project-related support as directed.
