Salem Five Insurance is seeking a Commercial Insurance Manager to lead the Commercial Lines support team. This role is responsible for maintaining, expanding, and servicing accounts, working closely with the Sales Management team to ensure a premier client experience. The manager will provide support, guidance, and oversight to Commercial Lines Account Managers, ensuring they meet individual, department, and division goals. This position requires maintaining technical knowledge of coverages and industry changes, monitoring workflows, and implementing procedures to enhance efficiency. The role also involves supporting Producers with client issues and training new Commercial Lines Account Managers on various aspects of the job, including rating, quoting, applications, binders, endorsements, certificates, audits, renewals, remarketing, invoicing, and cancellations. Quality control reviews of account manager duties are essential to ensure adherence to underwriting authority and guidelines. The manager will also assist with invoice discrepancies and stay updated on agency management system changes through ongoing training and industry conferences. Special projects and other duties as assigned, along with demonstrating compliance with insurance laws and regulations, are also part of the role. This position can be based in the Woburn office.
