About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Coordinator to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from contractors to manufacturers, in a dynamic and supportive environment. As part of a team, you will play a key role in servicing and processing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of an organization.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Prior experience in an independent agency servicing commercial lines accounts
- Proficiency in Epic or similar agency management systems
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Auto-Owners and Selective carriers is a plus
- Experience with small to middle-market accounts (100k-400k) preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide back-end processing and servicing for commercial lines accounts, including endorsements and renewals
- Collaborate with Account Managers to quote new and renewal business
- Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, including contractors and manufacturers, with account sizes ranging from $40,000 to $1 million
- Utilize critical thinking skills to address client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
