About The Position

NavSav is seeking a passionate, experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its growing independent insurance enterprise. The company has more than 75 locations across more than 20 states and access to over 150 carriers. The role focuses on client growth and retention, delivering high-quality customer service, and helping clients prepare for unexpected events. The account manager will maintain client relationships, manage commercial accounts, identify coverage gaps, support agency new-business goals, and contribute to cross-selling and other initiatives.

Requirements

Property and Casualty insurance license.
Experience with Commercial Lines Insurance.
Experience with multiple carriers.
Pass a background check.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Good operational computing and typing skills, including typing at least 45 WPM and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites and internet browsers.
Ability to work independently as a confident self-starter.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to multitask.

Nice To Haves

Experience with the Applied EPIC management system.

Responsibilities

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients and business owners.
Conduct needs analyses with clients and identify gaps in coverage.
Manage commercial client accounts, contribute to agency new-business goals, and re-market commercial policies.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Respond efficiently to inquiries about insurance coverage, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing verification.
Become familiar with the company's products, services, and systems.
Contribute to individual goals and agency success by promoting new business, cross-selling, and supporting new initiatives.
