About The Position

CHOICE FINANCIAL GROUP LLC is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join their growing team in Brandon, Mississippi. This role is ideal for an insurance professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, providing exceptional service, and working collaboratively with producers and carrier partners. The Account Manager will manage an established portfolio of commercial insurance accounts while helping clients protect and grow their businesses through proactive service and coverage solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of insurance industry experience preferred
• Commercial lines insurance experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service

Nice To Haves

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests and service needs
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and new business applications
• Review policies for accuracy and coverage adequacy
• Prepare certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms
• Partner with producers to support account retention and growth
• Build and maintain relationships with carrier underwriters
• Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and provide additional value to clients
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
