Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial lines account management experience required
- Active P&C insurance license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable in Microsoft Office
- A team-first mindset and genuine interest in client service
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Applied Epic and/or Indio a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of commercial accounts alongside producers and fellow account managers
- Prepare marketing submissions and manage carrier quoting systems
- Remarket existing accounts and support producers on new business
- Build relationships with carrier reps and underwriters to secure the best coverage options
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and guide them through coverage decisions
- Prepare proposals and present options clearly and confidently
- Stay current on carrier appetite and market trends
