Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
• Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
• Experience handling generalist accounts with premiums ranging from $500K to $1MM.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years of experience in commercial lines account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Handle day-to-day servicing of accounts, including policy changes, renewals, and endorsements.
• Market accounts to carriers to secure competitive pricing and coverage options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.
• Provide expert advice and solutions to meet clients' insurance needs.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage client information and documentation efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
