Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 3+ years in commercial lines insurance.
Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
Willingness to work within a niche market (home healthcare or hotel programs).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, specializing in either the home healthcare or hotel program.
Process endorsements, certificates, and provide A-to-Z servicing for assigned accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and timely responses to inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to support the growth and success of the assigned program.
For the hotel program: Serve as the "quarterback" for the team, managing a busy book of business with approximately $3M in revenue, consisting of 90% hotel accounts across the U.S.
For the home healthcare program: Manage small to mid-sized business accounts, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
