Requirements

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role with a strong track record of tenure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and supportive environment.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service account management from A-Z for assigned accounts.
• Focus on servicing larger agencies and managing certificates efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Senior Account Manager to support their book of business.
• Handle a variety of accounts, including construction and generalist accounts.
