About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support agency growth by managing small to mid-market commercial accounts, ranging from $25K to $100K in premium. The role focuses on renewals, marketing, new business development, and exceptional client service. The salary is up to $85,000 annually, based on experience. Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, focused on commercial lines.
• Self-starter with a go-getter attitude.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Relevant educational background or equivalent work experience.
