Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing a book of business of comparable size.
Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a team-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated good tenure and a positive, professional attitude.

Nice To Haves

Experience with EPIC software is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide full-service account management from A-Z for a book of business with at least $500,000 in revenue ($5-7 million in premium).
Assist the Senior Account Manager in managing accounts, including construction and generalist accounts.
Ensure timely and accurate servicing of policies, including renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment.
