Essity is currently searching for an experienced Commercial Insights Analyst. The Commercial Insights Analyst will support Professional Hygiene activities by coordinating data collection, data processing, reporting, analysis, and insights across global markets, varying product teams, and internal stakeholders. The role will be primarily focused on advancing backend data processes as well as frontend reporting tools across the business unit, covering a range of topics and initiatives including e-commerce analytics, pricing strategy, trade programming, and end-customer mapping. The role involves collaborating with commercial data specialists and owners, ensuring data accuracy, supporting the development of analytics tools, and turning dashboards into insights and insights into action. The role will focus on building business knowledge, creating scalable internal processes for data collection and transformation, building cutting-edge reporting, and telling a story about what the data is saying. This will be a hybrid position based out of one of the following locations (Appleton, Philadelphia, Munich, Warsaw) and will require 3 days a week in office.
