About The Position

We’re looking for a Commercial Sales Representative to grow our presence across industrial, commercial, and institutional landscaping projects throughout the United States. Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (construction, building materials, or related fields preferred)
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand design intent
  • Comfort working with architectural and engineering firms
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable managing complex projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driver’s license and passport (international travel may be required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tools like CMD, Insight, or Dodge Reports is a plus
  • A background in Landscape Architecture or design is strongly preferred—but we provide the training to build deep hardscape expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships through sales relationships using technology and face-to-face selling
  • Develop opportunities across commercial, industrial, and institutional projects
  • Work closely with landscape architects, engineers, municipalities, developers, and designers
  • Host lunch-and-learns and educational presentations
  • Leverage advanced technology and data tools to manage a long sales cycle
  • Represent Techo-Bloc as a trusted technical and design partner—not just a vendor
