The Commercial Immune Cells Sales Director is responsible for developing and managing account relationships with identified strategic customers to drive growth across BioIVT’s Immune Cells Products and Services portfolio. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions across immune cell products, cell sourcing, characterization services, and related research applications. The Commercial Immune Cells Director will be directly responsible for driving sales, including prospecting, pipeline development, deal closure, account strategy, customer satisfaction, and incremental revenue growth across assigned strategic accounts. This includes, but is not limited to, developing deep customer knowledge, understanding partnership opportunities, defining strategic growth opportunities, and driving results through strong communication, customer support, contract negotiation, account management, and progressive business development that supports sustained annual growth in BioIVT’s Immune Cells Products and Services business. This role is an important member of the North American Sales Leadership Team and must have the commercial judgment, drive, and interpersonal skills to succeed in a fast-paced, transformational environment.
