The Commercial HVACR Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment failures and customer home comfort issues, maintaining truck stock, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Valid Driver's license.
Good mechanical skills.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to undergo an MVR and background check.
Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment failures and customer home comfort issues.
Maintain required levels of truck stock items.
Advise Service Manager or Service Dispatcher if a project is falling behind average repair times.
Report to the first call from home ready to work at the designated start time.
Properly diagnose and repair HVAC/R equipment.
Explain services and policies prior to diagnostic and repair.
Charge and collect for all work performed, per company policy and procedures.
Complete paperwork daily in the dispatch program, recording all hours and materials used on each job before leaving the site.
Turn in all completed paperwork and related forms with revenue to Service Manager or Service Dispatcher daily or as directed.
Ensure customers are satisfied with the services rendered before leaving the site.
Keep the entire work area neat and organized and free of scrap and debris, foot, or fingerprints.
Provide customers with information on the company’s maintenance contracts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
