Requirements

• Good DMV Record.
• Physical/Drug test upon hiring.
• 2+ Years experience.
• EPA Universal Card.
• Experience in Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration & A/C.

Nice To Haves

• Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of industrial ammonia (NH₃), commercial refrigeration, and commercial air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues; perform system start-ups and shutdowns; maintain compressors, pumps, valves, evaporators, condensers, and associated components.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, EPA/PSM/RMP regulations, and company procedures.
• Complete accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to keep systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-call rotation.
• Obtain or maintain RETA CIRO/CARO certification.
• Obtain or maintain NATE certification.
• Complete work orders and time card daily.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections with documentation to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Maintain compliance with PSM, RMP, IIAR, and OSHA safety standards.
• Document service work accurately and complete required reports on time.
• Communicate safety concerns clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Participate in emergency service calls and support plant operations as needed.
• Mentor junior technicians and promote best practices in safety and workmanship.
