Requirements

Good DMV Record.
Physical/Drug test upon hiring.
2+ Years experience.
EPA Universal Card.
Experience in Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration & A/C.

Nice To Haves

Experienced HVAC Technician or Experienced Industrial Refrigeration Technician

Responsibilities

Assist with on-call rotation.
Obtain or maintain RETA CIRO/CARO certification.
Complete work orders and time card daily.
Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections with documentation to ensure reliability and compliance.
Maintain compliance with PSM, RMP, IIAR, and OSHA safety standards.
Document service work accurately and complete required reports on time.
Communicate safety concerns clearly to customers and internal teams.
Participate in emergency service calls and support plant operations as needed.
Mentor junior technicians and promote best practices in safety and workmanship.
