About The Position

We are urgently looking for a Lead Installer in the Tampa Bay Area! ConServ Building Services was founded in 1991, as the service division of BCH Mechanical. Requirements

Minimum 10 years of HVAC field experience (commercial preferred)
Strong knowledge of installation practices, system design, and controls
Proven experience with refrigeration piping and brazing
Ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC systems independently
EPA Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
OSHA Certification
Experience in clean rooms, air balancing, and commissioning

Responsibilities

Perform installation of HVAC equipment including RTUs, split systems, and specialty systems
Execute full system change-outs from demolition to final startup
Install and fabricate refrigeration piping systems (copper, brazing, pressure testing, evacuation)
Install, troubleshoot, and integrate HVAC controls (thermostats, VAV systems, BAS interfaces)
Perform system startup, commissioning, and performance verification
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues
Read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and mechanical drawings
Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure project success
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
