About The Position
ConServ Building Services is seeking experienced HVACR Commercial Lead Installers. Founded in 1991, ConServ Building Services has grown to be a leading provider of HVAC services across multiple states, known for customer service and technical expertise. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience within the HVAC trade
- Must have EPA certification
- Refrigeration knowledge
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Able to work independently
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pass an on site drug test
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Reading and comprehending drawings, scopes & equipment submittals
- Knowledgeable of local mechanical codes for estimating & inspections
- Estimates for job pricing, material takeoffs and ordering to complete the job
- Layout of duct work for install and coordination with other trades
- Installation of sheet metal, fibrous board and flex duct, dampers, and air devices
- Measuring & drawing up sheet metal duct fittings to be ordered
- Hanging/setting of exhaust fans, louvers, units & other mechanical equipment
- Hanging of copper, PVC & piping hangers for refrigerant, condensate & CHW piping
- Insulation of ductwork with exterior fiberglass wrap
- Low voltage control wiring for thermostats, dampers, heaters, and other control devices
- Copper brazing and equipment startup
- Daily communication of work completed through company tablet
