We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician (HVAC Tech III) to support one of our Pharmacy Rx Fulfillment Centers in Whitestown, IN. This role focuses on keeping building systems running safely and smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

Associate degree or technical school training, or equivalent work experience
Universal CFC certification required
5+ years of HVAC/Refrigeration experience
Ability to read and understand manuals, drawings, and work orders
Willing to complete OSHA 10 training within 6 months of hire
Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, climbing ladders, and bending
Strong focus on safety for yourself and others

Responsibilities

Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
Use the building automation system to find and fix system issues
Work with supervisors and vendors to complete repairs and projects
Complete work orders and updates in the maintenance system (CMMS)
Order parts and track inventory needed for repairs
Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment working longer
Respond quickly to emergency repair needs
Complete general building repairs such as painting, plumbing, and basic electrical work
Answer maintenance requests from the site operations team
Follow all safety and OSHA guidelines
Help train and support other team members
Communicate clearly and work well with others in a team setting
