About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Site Commercial HVAC Tech to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment across various locations. This role involves servicing rooftop units, packaged systems, split systems, air handlers, exhaust fans, and controls. The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting refrigerant, airflow, electrical, and mechanical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for urgent HVAC problems. Responsibilities also include coordinating with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintaining accurate service records.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of commercial HVAC service or facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience diagnosing rooftop and packaged commercial HVAC systems.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel between locations during the workday.
• Comfort working on rooftops, lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors.
