About The Position

Oklahoma Chiller is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians in Tulsa. We are expanding in the Tulsa market and creating opportunities for technicians who want greater responsibility, more technical complexity, and a clear path toward leadership. This is commercial mechanical work at a high level. You will work on chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and advanced commercial HVAC systems supporting healthcare, manufacturing, and other critical facilities. We are not just servicing equipment. We are building technical leaders. As Oklahoma Chiller expands across Oklahoma and into surrounding states, we are strengthening our position as a trusted partner in facility planning for critical facilities. That growth creates leadership opportunities for technicians who demonstrate ownership and professionalism. Advancement here is performance-based, not time-based.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in commercial HVAC and refrigeration fundamentals
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems independently
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and represent the company in the field
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Nice To Haves

  • 5 or more years of commercial HVAC experience
  • Experience with chillers, boilers, cooling towers, or large mechanical systems
  • HVAC Unlimited License or active pursuit of one
  • Experience leading equipment changeout or service projects
  • Desire to mentor and develop junior technicians

Responsibilities

  • Service, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems
  • Work on equipment ranging from split systems to advanced chillers
  • Troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Communicate professionally with customers
  • Mentor junior technicians as you grow
  • Represent Oklahoma Chiller with professionalism and integrity
