About The Position

Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician needed. ConServ Building Services was founded in 1991, as the service division of BCH Mechanical. We began dispatching HVAC techs in the Tampa Bay, FL area and in just a short time, ConServ’s reputation for customer service and technical expertise began to grow in GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, and AL. Requirements

• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work independently
• On Call rotation is one week on and one week off

Nice To Haves

• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Service & repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance
