Requirements
- Commercial HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial heating and cooling systems
- Experience working on rooftop units up to 50 tons
- Experience with mini-splits, VRF systems, boilers, chillers, and refrigeration systems preferred
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- EPA certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment
- Service rooftop units up to 50 tons, mini-splits, VRF systems, boilers, chillers, refrigeration equipment, exhaust systems, and fresh air systems
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment using digital volt meters and diagnostic tools
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Accurately diagnose equipment issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions
- Educate customers on system operation, repair options, and replacement recommendations
- Complete work orders, service documentation, and equipment records accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company vehicle
- Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and leadership
- Mentor apprentices and fellow technicians as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit
