About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC/R Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, works independently, and delivers high-quality service while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience.
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and controls.
Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with customers.
High school diploma or GED required; HVAC technical training preferred.
HVAC Journeyman license or currently working toward licensure.
EPA certification and OSHA 10 certification.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems.
Service equipment including chillers, boilers, HVAC controls, and related components.
Perform preventative maintenance and identify potential equipment issues.
Install and replace HVAC equipment and components as needed.
Communicate repair recommendations and equipment issues to customers and management.
Complete service reports, work orders, and required documentation accurately.
Coordinate with dispatch to manage service schedules and customer needs.
Participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends.
Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working condition.
Provide technical guidance to junior technicians as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and industry standards.
