This role focuses on developing new business, consulting with clients, and delivering tailored HVAC solutions that meet both operational needs and budget considerations. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related technical sales role
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and service capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven with a focus on achieving goals and delivering results
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, networking events, and strategic prospecting.
  • Build and manage a steady pipeline of leads and maintain consistent follow-up.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations to understand customer requirements, facility conditions, and financial goals.
  • Recommend HVAC solutions that align with technical specifications and client priorities.
  • Prepare and deliver clear and detailed proposals, including scope of work, pricing, and timelines.
  • Present offerings confidently while addressing questions and demonstrating value.
  • Collaborate with technicians, estimators, and project managers to ensure accurate project scoping and smooth execution.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Consistently meet or exceed defined sales goals through effective planning, communication, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Stay current with HVAC technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
